Bio:
Los Angeles based tenor, Tim Gonzales, has performed professionally for the past 22 years, both nationally and internationally. Known for his brilliant sound and riveting musicality, Mr. Gonzales has been fortunate to perform in over 40 oratorio and concert works with noted orchestras, including the Los Angeles Philharmonic and the London Symphony orchestra. Mr. Gonzales is a member of the Los Angeles Master Chorale and has soloed with them frequently, including the tenor role in Orff’s Carmina Burana, a world premiere of Miguel Astor’s Concierto para Coro in 2017, and the tenor role in Handel’s Messiah, also in 2017.
Mr. Gonzales is a frequent soloist with Los Angeles based music organizations, including Verdi's Requiem with the Santa Monica Symphony, various concerts with the Jacaranda Music series, the Los Robles Master Chorale and many others. Mr. Gonzales can also be heard on several motion picture soundtrack recordings including Disney’s Frozen, Pacific Rim, The Secret Lives of Pets, Venom, etc.
Mr. Gonzales received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Music from La Sierra University and both a Master of Vocal Performance degree and Graduate Certificate in Voice from the University of Southern California.
