TICKETING POLICIES
All sales are final. If you need to exchange your ticket, there is a $15 fee per ticket. Exchanges are free for subscribers only.
- All patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket to enter the Concert Hall and must sit in the seat indicated on the ticket.
- Programs, artists, dates, prices and event times subject to change.
- Only cash and credit cards are accepted at the Box Office Window.
- Due to the acoustic sophistication of Walt Disney Concert Hall, we ask that everyone in your party be able to sit quietly through a 2-hour concert without disturbing other patrons or the artists.
- Performances are not recommended for children under 6. Ushers may ask parents whose children are noisy or uncomfortable to take them outside of the Concert Hall. If there is repeated disruption, we reserve the right to revoke admission. Please join us for Carols for Kids, a program designed for young children.
- Use of cameras and recording devices, including mobile phones or other electronic devices, is strictly prohibited.
GROUP SALES
We offer a 20% discount for groups of 8 or more. Flexible payment plans are available for groups of 16 or more, with a 50% deposit required at the time of reservation. If you’re not sure what your final group size will be, just tell us how many people you think you are expecting, pay the deposit on that number, and we will hold the other half of your tickets until one month prior to your concert. At that time, you can purchase all, some, or none of your remaining tickets. Group reservations can be made through the box office at (213) 972-7282 or by emailing boxoffice@lamasterchorale.org.
LATE ARRIVALS
We recommend arriving 30 minutes prior to the concert start time in order to park and find your seat before the concert begins. In consideration of our artists and patrons, late seating will take place at the discretion of management during the first appropriate pause in the program. Certain programs are performed without intermission; therefore, no late seating can be offered at those concerts. For the convenience of latecomers, the performance in progress may be viewed and heard on monitors in the lobby.
CONCERT COURTESY
As a courtesy to the musicians and your fellow patrons, please turn off all mobile phones, watch alarms, or other electronic devices prior to the concert, and refrain from talking, coughing, or unwrapping concessions during the performance.
CHILDREN
Children six and older are welcome.
STUDENT RUSH TICKETS
We’re happy to offer student rush tickets at the Walt Disney Concert Hall box office window starting 2 hours prior to the performance; subject to availability. Student rush tickets are $10. Student ID required; 1 ticket per ID.
LOST TICKETS
Lost or stolen tickets can be replaced at no charge. For your protection, replacement tickets can only be picked up at the box office starting 2 hours prior to your concert. Replacement tickets are for the same seats on the same concert and cannot be exchanged.
