Youth Chorus LA
Youth Chorus LA (YCLA) is a joyful, inclusive choral program for singers in grades 3-7 that connects young voices from all backgrounds in Los Angeles. With a focus on age-appropriate vocal technique and music literacy, YCLA provides a dynamic and comprehensive music curriculum and performs at local community events and extraordinary concert venues like the Walt Disney Concert Hall.
Beyond the rehearsal room and the concert stage, YCLA seeks to bridge geographical and cultural gaps to create a wider community that values inclusivity, tolerance and kindness, fostering a sense of belonging and connection for its performers and audience members alike.
YCLA currently has two satellite locations for singers in grades 3-7. Starting in fall 2026, singers in grade 8 are welcome to apply!
