Chloé Vaught is a musical renaissance woman, excelling in vocal styles and genres across the board such as baroque, jazz, gospel, experimental, pop and more. She has performed with Los Angeles Master Chorale, Los Angeles Philharmonic, Los Angeles Opera Chorus, HEX Vocal Ensemble, Seraphic Fire, Synchromy, San Francisco Opera Chorus, DC6 Singers, Tonality, and many other first class groups. Her recent highlights include premiering the role of Fidel Castro in Dante De Silva’s Minute to Midnight, soprano soloist in Margaret Bond's Credo with the LA Master Chorale and Lara Downes, one of the soprano soloists for the premiere of Gabriela Ortiz’s Revolución Diamantina under the baton of Gustavo Dudamel and the LA Philharmonic, performing Stockhausen's Stimmung with HEX vocal ensemble, and gigging around town with her Christmas jazz band, Mrs. Claus and the Swingin’ Reindeer!
Chloé can also be heard on a variety of film scores such as Despicable Me 4, Beverly Hills Cop 4, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, Sing 2, or Space Jam: A New Legacy. She has participated as a vocal fellow at prestigious Young Artist Programs, such as the Ravinia Steans Music Institute (2022), the Castleton Vocal Immersion Program (2022), and the Aspen Music Festival (2019). Chloé has a B.A. in Vocal Performance from UCLA. Under the mentorship of the renowned Michelle DeYoung, Chloé's dedication to refinement of her craft remains resolute. Chloé seeks to open doors in opera and classical music, ensuring vitality, relevance, and accessibility to audiences of every background.
