Christina Bristow

Described as “Gorgeously radiant” by classicalvoice.org, soprano Christina Bristow is an accomplished performer, educator and session singer based in Southern California. She earned her Master of Music and Graduate Certificate in vocal performance from the USC Thornton School of Music and she has her Bachelor of Arts in Music, magna cum laude, from California Baptist University.


Ms. Bristow is a recipient of numerous accolades, including a Western Region Finalist award in the Metropolitan Opera National Council Auditions, NATS-LA Young Artist of the Year, and semi-finalist placement in the NATS Artist Awards competition. She is also a Colburn Foundation scholarship recipient for her work in Early Music Performance at USC.


A highly sought-after soloist and ensemble singer, Ms. Bristow performs widely throughout the Los Angeles area. Notable solo appearances include Handel’s Messiah and Alexander’s Feast with the Los Angeles Master Chorale, a Spanish/English version of Handel’s Messiah with Santa Barbara Master Chorale, and Mozart’s Requiem with the Southern California Master Chorale. She has also sung with LA Opera Chorus and Golden Bridge as well as with early music ensembles such as Vox Ardens and Musica Transalpina.


In addition to her work on stage, Ms. Bristow can be heard on numerous major film soundtracks including Pixels, Transformers: The Last Knight, Star Wars: The Last Jedi, Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, Alita: Battle Angel, Mulan, The Lego Movie: The Second Part, Jumanji: Enter the Jungle, and Jungle Cruise.


Dedicated to arts education and music ministry, Ms. Bristow serves on the voice faculty at Mount San Antonio College in Walnut, CA and Irvine Valley College. She is also the music director at Christ Lutheran Church in West Covina, CA.
