Welcome Back to Walt Disney Concert Hall 

We want you to feel safe and secure so that you can fully enjoy our concerts. To that end, we have developed the following policies, aligned with Los Angeles County Department of Health’s guidelines on COVID-19, to create the safest possible environment for all. This policy is subject to change. We will update guest requirements to align with the Los Angeles County Department of Health when they adopt changes to their policies. 

 

Guest Requirements: 


PROOF OF VACCINATION IS REQUIRED

The Los Angeles Master Chorale requires that all guests prove they have received the vaccine in full for COVID-19 at least two weeks before their concert. Please be ready with a photo ID and your official vaccine card or digital equivalent when you arrive at a Los Angeles Master Chorale concert, as we prohibit admission without these documents. Children who are not vaccinated will not be admitted. This policy will only be limited as required by law.  

Ticket holders who will not be fully vaccinated by the date of their concert may receive credit to their account or receive a full refund for their tickets.  
 

YOU MUST WEAR A MASK

All concertgoers, regardless of vaccination status, must wear a mask indoors per the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health’s mandate. 
 

STAY HOME IF YOU ARE ILL

Stay home if you are sick or have COVID-19 symptoms, have been in contact with someone known to be or suspected to have been infected with COVID-19 within the last 14 days, or if you are subject to a quarantine or isolation order. For ticket return options, please contact our box office at 213-972-7282. 
 

WASH YOUR HANDS FREQUENTLY

Wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, as often as you can, while in Disney Hall. Always wash your hands after using  the bathroom.  

 

 

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures: 

 

ENHANCED SAFETY MEASURES
We have developed and implemented an Enhanced Cleaning Program, designed specifically by the Music Center, using COVID disinfectants approved by the Environmental Protection Agency with expedient cleaning of the entire campus. We pay special attention to areas where people gather including seated areas, elevators and restrooms, along with surfaces such as handrails, door handles, armrests and elevator buttons. We have also placed hand sanitizers throughout the campus. We clean and sanitize seated areas after each performance and clean all restrooms pre- and post-performance. 

 

HAND SANITIZATION STATIONS
Hand sanitization stations are positioned throughout the hall. 

 

IMPROVED INDOOR AIR QUALITY
Walt Disney Concert Hall, and the entire Music Center campus, has improved air circulation and filtration across all spaces becoming the first performing arts center to earn the UL Verified Healthy Buildings Mark for Indoor Air Quality. In order to achieve the prestigious UL Verification Mark: 

  • We participated in an independent review by UL of the heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) systems. 

  • We passed UL visual inspections. 

  • We passed IAQ performance testing and assessment. 

  • We upgraded our HVAC systems, upgrading the air flow and maximizing recirculation times for the air coming through the complex. 

  • We will participate in a bi-annual surveillance review to undergo rigorous IAQ performance criteria by UL. 

  • We will continue testing and evaluation on an ongoing basis to confirm or meet UL's strict standards and guidelines. 


When you visit The Music Center, you will see the Verified Healthy Building mark on the entrances to Music Center buildings. 

 

REDUCED CONTACT EXPERIENCE
Digital tickets are able to be scanned directly from your mobile device. Restrooms have touchless fixtures, and program books will be available in both printed and digital formats.
