May 17 concert canceled
Due to the extension of the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health Safer at Home order to fight the COVID-19 pandemic, we are canceling Come Away to the Skies: A Celebration of Alice Parker on May 17.
For over 56 years, the Los Angeles Master Chorale has performed for audiences in the best of times and in the worst of times, so the stoppage of our season is truly unprecedented. We look forward to the time when we can return to the concert hall and are eager to see you when it is safe for us all to be together again.
In the meantime, if you have purchased tickets to this concert, the cost of your tickets and all associated fees will automatically be credited and held on your account. You may choose to do one of the following with this credit:
Donate your tickets:
The value of your tickets will be acknowledged as a charitable contribution. We are grateful for your support at this difficult time. You can donate your tickets online here
Exchange your ticket: Exchange into a specific future performance. You may apply the cost of your ticket to a 2020-21 subscription if you wish.
Ask for a refund: Receive a refund for the cost of your tickets and all associated fees.
Please note this process will take time as we are managing thousands of ticket purchases. Your patience is appreciated. Note that credit card refunds often take several business days to be reflected on your credit card account.
If you have further questions, please call the box office at 213-972-7282 (Monday through Saturday, 10 am-6 pm). Due to the heavy volume of calls, service through the phone may be unusually slow.
For those who are asking what they can do to help, we are grateful to patrons who are able to donate their tickets. This helps us weather the financial fallout. Or, if you are able to make a donation, you may do so here
Thank you for your support during this difficult time. We hope you stay well.
