Bio:
Bryan Lane has performed locally and nationally as a soloist, chorister, and chamber musician, most notably with Seattle Opera, the Oregon Bach Festival, Santa Fe Desert Chorale, Santa Barbara Choral Society, Santa Barbara Master Chorale, Pasadena Pro Musica, and others.
He can be heard on various TV and film projects including the LA Master Chorale’s own film Lacrymosa directed by Arnaud Uyttenhove. His studio projects include the unique exotic solo vocal library Voice of Gaia: Bryn which has been used on countless film and game projects including Gary Numan’s 2017 album Savage: Songs from a Broken World. He has collaborated on various projects with composer Trevor Welch including vocal contracting for the PBS documentary AXEL and solo trumpet for hip-hop artist Brian Fresco’s mixtape Cassanova.
As a voice teacher and educator, Bryan has taught on the vocal faculties of California Lutheran University and Westmont College. He lives in Thousand Oaks with his wife Christina—a singer and scholar of Sacred Music—and his cat Mandu, who accidentally plays the piano on occasion.
