Bio:
Anna Crumley is a versatile vocalist, arranger, composer, session singer, and music director based in Los Angeles. Known for her “beautiful tone” and “ability to sell the song,” she brings compelling artistry and emotional depth to every performance. Anna is versed in many musical styles including jazz, choral, classical, R&B and pop.
A SAG-AFTRA vocalist, Anna has contributed to a wide range of major film, television, and commercial projects. Her voice can be heard on productions for Disney, Netflix, DC Comics, HBO Max, National Geographic, and GAP, including Superman (2025), the Netflix Live Event soloist for the television show Adolescence (2025), Shazam! Fury of the Gods (2023), and the 2023 Disney Logo.
Anna is a soprano and featured arranger/composer with Lyyra, the acclaimed six-voice ensemble founded by VOCES8. In 2024, Lyyra signed with Warner Classics to continue their artistic journey. Anna has performed throughout the U.S. and Europe, including live broadcasts on BBC Radio, and appearances at major festivals such as La Folle Journée in France. In Los Angeles, Anna is a rostered member of the Los Angeles Master Chorale, and made her debut as a member of the ensemble at the Hollywood Bowl in September of 2025. She also sings with Tonality, the GRAMMY® Award-winning vocal ensemble known for social justice-centered performances. Through Tonality, she has collaborated with artists such as Scott Hoying and the Kronos Quartet.
An accomplished soloist and educator, Anna holds dual Bachelor of Music degrees in Jazz Studies (Voice Performance) and Choral Music Education from the Bob Cole Conservatory of Music. She is a 2022 DownBeat Award-winning soloist and an Ella Fitzgerald Foundation Scholar, recognized for excellence in both jazz and classical performance.
Her stage credits include performances at the Microsoft Theater for Final Fantasy VII Live, the Jazz Education Network Conference in New Orleans, and the Monterey Next Generation Jazz Festival, where her ensemble earned first place. She also performed The Sacred Veil under the direction of Eric Whitacre at the 2020 ACDA National Conference in Salt Lake City.
In addition to performing, Anna works as a voice instructor at Citrus College in Azusa, CA, where she mentors her private voice studio. She also performs locally as one half of DeissMarie, a neo-soul-inspired guitar/voice duo that released its debut EP, Dream State, in 2023.
Originally from Sacramento, CA, Anna began her musical journey at age five on the piano, later joining the Sacramento Children’s Chorus, touring internationally in China, and performing at ACDA conferences.
