Seattle soprano Andrea Zomorodian performs nationally and abroad. In LA, she has been focused on concert, oratorio, early music, and studio singing.
Recent highlights include: Messiah Sing-Along soloist at Disney Hall and Messiah soloist at Long Beach Performing Arts Center, a program of Bach & Handel arias with Con Gioia Early Music Ensemble, a staged production of La Serva Padrona with San Diego Baroque, thrilling collaboration with Doug Aitken for his installation Mirage in Gstaad, Switzerland performing Aitken's Song Mirror, solo quartet debut in Schumann Das Paradies with Gustavo Dudamel and LA Philharmonic, touring Lagrime di San Pietro (di Lasso) staged by Peter Sellars around the world (including opening the 2019 Salzburg Festival), and Hildegard program of Hymns & Songs ("sung with blinding luminosity" - Mark Swed, LA Times).
