IMPORTANT! Everyone must individually sign up for Big Sing California. If you are planning to attend Big Sing California as a group, everyone in that group will need to sign up through this website.
By signing up, you do not automatically get a ticket for the day of the event. Here is the ticketing procedure:
1) Sign up for a Big Sing California hub on this website.
2) On July 10, you will be sent an email to confirm your reservation within 48 hours.
3) Once you confirm your reservation, you will be emailed a voucher to bring with you to the Coil School for the Arts to claim your ticket on the day of the event.
4) Show up on the day of the event with your friends and family so you can all sit together for the performance.
After we reach capacity, we will be creating a waitlist for this venue. If you do not confirm your reservation and claim your voucher within the 48-hour window, your spot will be given to the next person on the waitlist. If you are on the waitlist, you will be notified by July 18 whether you can claim a ticket for this event.

Coil School of the Arts at Riverside City College
The Coil School for the Arts is a state-of-the-art teaching facility designed to serve the needs of Riverside City College music students. The venue boasts a 450-seat concert hall with adjustable acoustics that can accommodate a wide array of performing arts. Free parking is available at 3890 University Ave, Riverside, CA 92501, with paid parking available directly across the street from the theater.
John Byun received his Bachelors of Music in Vocal Performance from the University of California, Irvine and his Masters in Choral Conducting from California State University, Long Beach. He is the director of Choral and Vocal Activities at Riverside City College, where he directs the Chamber Singers and the Vocal Jazz Ensemble. Mr. Byun is also the artistic director of the Temecula Valley Master Chorale. He has been the guest conductor for several district honor choirs, the SCVA Men’s Honor Choir, the Central California Women’s Honor Choir, Texas Honor Choir Region 9, the Clark County, NV Honor Choir, the North Carolina All-State Honor Choir, and the Mississippi Choral Conference. The RCC Chamber Singers have performed at the American Choral Directors Association Western Divisional Conference in Tucson and Santa Barbara, the National Conference in Chicago, and will perform in Minnesota this year. They have also performed at the National Collegiate Choral Organization National Conference in Colorado and Oregon.
The Chamber Singers have competed nationally and internationally taking first place at the California International Choral Competition, The Eisteddfod Choral Competition in Wales, at the Yeosu International Choral Competition in Korea, and at the Choral Competition in Spittal, Austria. They often have opportunities to perform with special guest artists such as Don Shelton (member of the Hi-Lo’s), Grammy Award Winner Jon Secada, the TED Talks with Eric Whitacre, and as the chorus for Star Wars in Concert
